| Description | Audio visual recordings made for research purposes of Globe theatre performances and education events. The recordings of the theatre productions are unique in that several recordings are made, from the first nights through to the closing performance in order to show the arc of the performance. Additionally, in the Globe Theatre, there are sometimes up to three recordings made of a particular performance from different camera angles.
Access materials for past performances are listed in the related material field for the file level description for the production. From 2000, these may include audio-description introductions (as text files and/or audio) from Vocaleyes [GB 3316 SGT/VAO/ACC/1], from December 2017 there may also be a Visual Story [GB 3316 SGT/VAO/ACC/6] and from 2022 we have some Stagetext Captioner Scripts [GB 3316 SGT/VAO/ACC/4].
